WikiLeaks Founder, Julian Assange Threatened the Death Punishment

DNP - WikiLeaks founder, Julian Assange will fight for him not extradited from Britain to Sweden in cases of suspected sex crimes. For if to be extradited to Sweden, Assange could end up in the United States and threatened the death penalty.
This was revealed in documents that will be used Assange defense in the extradition hearing next month in London, England. The lawyers Assange said 39-year-old man was punishable by death in the U.S.
"There is a real risk that if extradited to Sweden, the United States will seek extradition and / or delivery to the U.S. illegally," remarked the lawyer Assange in defense documents posted on the website of law firm Finers Stephens Innocent as quoted by news agency Reuters on Wednesday (12 / 1 / 2011).
"Yes, if Assange submitted to the U.S., with no guarantee that the death penalty will not be done, there is a real risk that he may be subject to capital punishment," remarked.
Also that if Assange detained in the U.S., there is a real risk he will suffer ill-treatment or even torture, are prohibited by the European Convention on Human Rights.
On Tuesday, January 11 local time, Assange appears in a brief hearing at Belmarsh Magistrates Court in London. After the hearing, Assange said his organization will continue to release classified documents while he was doing legal struggle over his case.
