
DNP - Yahoo seems to not want to lose competitiveness with Facebook. The reason, in the near future, Yahoo is rumored to be launching a service called Y Connect. The service is similar to Facebook Connect, a portable identity management, which integrate Yahoo content on third party sites.
Utilizing Y Connect, users can share data about what she was doing on the Internet with their contacts on Yahoo. How, the service will share information on a user's contacts via Yahoo Pulse, the flow of thread-based activities that have been owned by Yahoo, which is similar to Google's Buzz.
